And this is where we are in terms of the small claims action which I lost...

1. The plaintiff is Protech Oil. This is a company which no longer existed at the time of the alleged services. The plaintiff's only witness, Karen Jones, is the executive of Scasco Energy. She claimed that the latter company purchased the former. According to the records of the Secretary of State, no such transaction ever occurred.

2. When I motioned the court to open the judgment pursuant to the perjury, the magistrate took the position that there is no time limit for such filing with such office. Although he did admit that a few years was excessive.

3. As the phony attorney, William Reveley, collects the money from me at a rate of $85/month, he is depositing such with Mara Addison of Dorrance Publishing. Karen Jones has been assured that she will collect again from me as they use the cruel tease of the Royal Wedding to make any demands they select.

When I briefly met Karen Jones, I could easily ascertain a few things...

1. Her business is not profitable and her personal paychecks are directly connected to such. This is evident in her excessive facial wrinkling. I have seen it before. The fact is, in retail, we have to move numbers, or we get moved-out. She has two restrictive issues:

a. She never worked in retail before assuming a position of such responsibility. (And I would like to use this opportunity to parenthetically beg of the public:

IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED IN RETAIL, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A STORE, NOR BECOME A MANAGER NOR FRANCHISEE OF SUCH. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT A FEW CLASSES IN WHICH YOU LEARN A FEW SHORT SCRIPTS AND HAND GESTURES TO USE WITH CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS ARE A SUBSTITUTE FOR THIS EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE.)

b. Her position was likely secured for a college graduate with a background in accounting. She found a way to maneuver into it with only a high school diploma. Those pre-qualifications exist for a reason. College graduates know how to write essays and perform research. She can do neither. If she could, she would not be coming to me for the money. She would be researching how to report William Reveley to the Connecticut Bar Association, while executing a written synopsis of the problem.

2. She executes no fraud control in her company. I mentioned at trial that I had a problem with one of her employees trying to steal one of my checks. She was not interested. She should have asked me if I still have the name. I did and still do.

3. She has schizophrenia. During the informal pre-trial conference, she began a ridiculing routine. In simpler terms, she thought the courthouse was a school bus. I remembered what my college psychology professor explained--you cannot tell these people the images do not exist because their brains are forming these.

The law firm of Hunt & Leibert has until Friday, May 6th to pay the 2011 property taxes due in January and estimated values due in September and January of 2012. This is for the property known as 891 South Street in Coventry, Connecticut. Upon their failure to do so...

This is a leader who is quite capable of managing a terrorist organization from behind bars. This is because of a very complicated underground communications network which neither the FBI nor the military will be able to control.

I would really appreciate if the owner of Superior Plus Energy, the parent company of Karen Jones' Scasco Energy, could please contact her and explain one thing: Just because Prince William married Kate Middletown, does not mean I am going to give this company $2,000.

I would like to return to the subject of Whitney Whalen...

As a child, she refused to learn how to read-and-write. When she reached age six, her mother remedied the problem. She acquired an excuse---our dog bit her. She has no medical evidence, and refused to sign the police complaint. Nonetheless, people as stupid as Sue Hallinan were convinced this was Fluffy's fault, and that the mother's status as an excellent parent was perfected. They explained to the child that the world stops for people with excuses.

I would like to return to the subject of Prince William...

He tried to use the wedding to create a hormonal frenzy which, the Hitlers believed, would lead to my submissive behavior. In 1997, a similar hormonal frenzy led to the death of his mother. If he cared about his mother, he would have resolved not to allow such repetition. But we now know that he did not love her.

I would also like to remind the FBI they should not assume that just because an individual is Caucasian and speaks an accent-free English, does not mean they are legally in this country.

For example, a person with an Irish name who was born in this country may not have a birth certificate nor driver's license nor social security number. This is because their ancestor(s) arrived here after the roaring 1920's and before the early 1950's--the time that immigration doors were closed to this country. However, these people blended-in with the crowds and came anyway. The females of Wicca typically had babies in their arms to exploit for such purposes.

Furthermore, in this modern technological age, television educates the world. I suspect that Monica Christiansen was not born in this country because she always appears to be reciting memorized lines. She told us her family is in Germany. I suspect Israel.

I know Hunt & Leibert believes I am ignorant. I understand what they tried to do. They wanted me to fly to England to win William back. During my absence, they would have filed a court motion and prevailed upon my non-appearance.

Part of their procedure was to try to have me fired from one of my jobs. Their technique went like this. They had someone break into my home and wreck my sewing machine. Then, the stupid employer suddenly informed me of a long-standing dress code of black pants. This dumb supervisor told me that if a store complained about my not being in dress code again, I would be terminated. (I do not believe the first complaint ever occurred because she could not remember which store it was, nor did she take any notes, nor does anyone care what color my pants are.) I bought such fabric, discovered I could not operate the machine, and then, to everyone's surprise, hand-stitched almost everything. For the tight seams, I used the spare sewing machine. If you will recall, in 2008, I purchased a tiny $15 very basic mending-machine. It was becoming overwhelmed by all of the work it had to perform. It needed an oiling. I did not know what to use and did not want to invest money in this. My landlord had exactly the correct oil.

Although the law firm does not want to believe this, they are better off working with me than without. If the court had opened the judgment and changed the plaintiff to Bank of America (i.e., formerly Countrywide Home Loans), then they would have encountered the barrier established by the Federal Bankruptcy Court which discharged me from the debt.

My guess is that Bank of America is no longer giving them money to pay the expenses such as the property taxes, homeowners insurance, lawn maintenance, etc. I estimate such budget to be as high as $50,000/year. This is partially because the insurers charge more for unoccupied homes. Additionally, the house has to be heated during the cold months. Workers do not care about that. So they leave the door open all winter long. Furthermore, attorneys at a rate of $200/hour have to give the matter constant attention. The firm will probably telephone me when the figure reaches $1,000,000.

Otherwise...

On a very different subject and context of whistle-blowing in America, I am delighted to announce that it is slowly becoming a standard way of life in the United States.

It is my understanding that male prison officials of correction centers for women want to blow-the-whistle on Wicca-straddling. Typically, the Pagan lures such a male into the shower and proceeds. Upon her pregnancy, she makes her demands on him as she is carrying his child. He requires of her to abort. Then the female is placed in solitary confinement for the time frame of one month or until prison officials are certain this will not happen again.

I would like to know how the biochemical weapons are smuggled into the prisons.

William's internment is extended an additional 30 days. Eleven months is a possibility. He will not be released under any circumstances, not even to visit me in the middle of the night. On his new agenda is Dr. Jane Goodall's usage of the Chimpanzees of Gombe to develop biochemical weapons for the British Government, including that which was used on September 11, 2011. This is a drug which intensifies human aggressive behavior. I believe it was combined with the generic form of Ritalin; Methylphenidate. It promotes calmness, concentration abilities and energy levels. If he has any information on the murder of Dianne Fossi who studied the gorillas of Africa yet formulated different conclusions on this genetically nearly identical animal, that would be helpful.

His bride can rescue him any time by making her televised presentation.

This is what is on Prince William's future agenda.

Obviously, the last item will be recovery of the one billion dollars donated to his mother's memorial fund. This was for the purpose of keeping her alive. He participated in burying her. I believe it was embezzled from this into "socialism". That is, health care financed by innocent victims such as the United States taxpayers.

Another issue he must address has a short personal history of myself behind it.

In 1995, I was on a plane to London, England. I thought a few things through. I came to the realization that because I cannot do everything for everyone, people will die, or become permanently physically and emotionally injured. I decided that if I cannot accept that with a cold-blooded mentality, I cannot be on this plane.

After I began this website, people approached me with every issue. I appreciated the confidence. I attacked everything, and accomplished nothing. So some things had to wait. One day, I was at the public library in Ossining, New York, performing a computer print-out. Someone left something for me to find. It was a United Nations document.

This referred to a date immediately after the Second World War. I want to stress it was NOT the first World War, but rather it referred to the 1940's.

According to this, the Italian military used mustard gas to bomb every inch of arable land in Ethiopia, Africa. My guess is that the famines which followed were directly connected to such, and that the decade long cycles corresponded to the vicissitudes of such biochemical weapon.

As you already know, on May 2nd, 2011, in Libya, the Embassies of the United Kingdom and Italy were tragically attacked. I think someone is trying to say something.

The media is today reporting that genocide suspect, Serbian General Ratko Mladic, has been captured after a 15 year manhunt. He allegedly perpetrated the most heinous acts documented since allied troops marched through Orthodox Jewish Settlement Camps (i.e., Concentration Camps) during World War II.

These are the same journalists who reported:

Mrs. Anthrax was captured in Iraq, while she was living in her house in Bedford, New York;

Mrs. Anthrax was serving in Guantanamo Bay, evidenced by a photograph of her walking through her lawn;

Mrs. Anthrax is a Middle Eastern Muslim (whereas I believe she is Cuban);

Qusai Hussein was killed in Iraq, evidenced by a still-life photograph of him, as well as dental records consisting of x-rays which were taken shortly before he died, and recovered in the battle-rubble for scientific comparison;

Qusai Hussein is a Muslim (whereas I believe he is an American Jew);

Osama Ben Laden was killed by our military, which mysteriously lost the body;

and a few other things I have mentioned.

When should I believe them?

Stupid employer and stupid supervisor strike again.

Last week, a major project was cancelled because we did not receive the materials to execute. This is NOT a stupid fact, but rather a reality of this type of work. My other employers manage such situations very effectively.

After the cancellation, I accepted extra work from another company. During Friday morning's conference call, it was explained to us that the materials are on the way. I received such a few hours later. While on the call, I answered I will have a scheduling problem. She told me to call her and reminded me of the fact that her job is to help me resolve all issues. I telephoned and left a message. She e-mailed me and instructed me to reply. I did and provided a list of all of the projects I must perform for her company in addition to that which was originally cancelled, and the issue that I have much work for other companies.

This was her response;

"Then plan your work accordingly please"

Please note, the lack of punctuation. And this is just the beginning of her literary issues. She is obviously not a college graduate. I do not understand why she has this position. Could I please have an explanation?

I am not the only one with the scheduling problem. She cited very poor statistics for this past week. So obviously, there was much confusion. I wonder what this week will bring. I am certain others accepted work from other companies when learning of the cancellation. Very few of us are full time for this employer.

I would like to remind this company that when I was hired, the agreement was 20 hours/week with the understanding that I work for other companies. At the beginning, I was given less than such amount, with extra work occasionally offered. The current issue is 30 hours of work for this employer only.

I think I can guess what the problem is. It is typical. The people who harass me approached them without promising any payment for their co-conspiracies. The stupid people assumed this pays big money, and immediately spent such. It is, of course, my fault that such was not collected. So they vent their anguish on me.

I would like to ask of the masculine partners of the law firm of Hunt & Leibert, as well as the executives of Bank of America, to come out and fight like men.

As to my entry of April 27, 2011 asking of all law students to review the stupid and punishably dumb letters from Mr. Reveley, and my suggestion that they write an essay explaining how it can be easily determined that he is a phony lawyer, I would like to follow-up.

You have obviously noticed the difference between Karen Jones' testimony and the content of stupid. In the former, she identifies herself as a representative of ProTech Oil. In the latter, he identifies her representation as Griffith Energy d/b/a Protech oil. (As you might already know, d/b/a is doing business as.)

I would like you focus on William Reveley, not Karen Jones. He sent me a letter placing over his signature the information that his client committed perjury.

Would a real lawyer do that?

On a separate issue...

Prince William and his bride are in Canada and are soon to be in California. After that, they will visit New York.

If you will recall, in February of 1989, Princess Diana visited the AIDS pediatric unit at Harlem Hospital in New York where she held a baby with AIDS. In her tribute, Her Royal Highness Catherine will be repeating the visit on Tuesday, July 5th.

As Princess Diana was conversational with the medical experts caring for these children, so too will Catherine as she brings her Oxford education which features a substantial background in biology. Part of the couple's cross-continental journey is a visit to my mother's alma mater, City College of the City University of New York also located in Harlem. (My graduate education included visits to this school for classes.) As the distinguished and full professors line-up to meet the newlyweds, it will be very impressive. The new Princess will be comparing her skills to that bestowed upon such students. So I expect to be intimidated.

I will be watching every inch of the television footage in anticipation of this trip down memory lane, and, of course, to learn something new.

As per your subliminal request, you and your wife are invited to Connecticut. But first, I need you both to have complete screenings for AIDS and venereal diseases. The latter includes ailments invented by the British Government, while not yet recognized by the World Health Organization and the American Medical Association.

You must also have a complete urological exam.

The Princess must also have a complete gynecological exam.

These must be performed by certified and licensed physicians, not pharmacists from Brooklyn who were convicted of Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree, Class E Felony.

She also must state for the record if she had any sexual relations with any police officers of the Town of Coventry, as well as provide a list of all other sexual partners including all of the men upon whom she performed oral sex. As is evident from her facial wrinkling, the list is long.

As you know, Princess Catherine is not in New York visiting the hospital. They arrived at JFK International Airport, and were turned-away. It is a health problem she has.

It may not be contagious. And I would like to advise such physicians of an issue which confused my grandfather's colleagues, and is apparently still causing misdiagnoses.

Scar tissue from over three abortions sometimes has the appearance of a un-diagnosable venereal disease. So in the interest of medical integrity, I would like to ask for a reconsideration and reexamination of the Princess.

Otherwise...

The FBI released him because they believe they have all the information he can provide. He omitted one of the most important chapters in 20th century history---the true story of the beginning of World War II.

It is my understanding that the British were repeatedly bombing German oil refineries. One day, they had wrong coordinates. They hit a school house. Two hundred children were incinerated alive.

And Germany began bombing Great Britain.

2. Would someone please explain to William that I know that his he and his bride were rejected from Los Angeles International Airport because she has herpes. So they never attended the dinner selling at $400-$4,000/plate. This was not for charity, but rather to cover the expenses of the trip. (I understand that the media journalists have been frustrated that they could not send me such subliminal messages, although they used some clever techniques to compare the couple to the separate British journalism empire which just collapsed.)

3. Would someone please explain to me what the welfare-monkey is aping about?

Interesting news...

A copy of President Barack Obama's senior thesis for Columbia University has surfaced.

In this, he attempted to rewrite history by making the argument that pre-Civil War African Americans held Caucasians as slaves for the purpose of picking cotton and performing other menial chores.

Otherwise, I found a subliminal message on this computer, royal-visit-saturday. So it is not surprising that a corruption was found on this today. The Pagans pollute everything everywhere they go.

And on another subject...

On August 2nd, the United States deficit ceiling will be reached. There will be no more money to give to the Jews to waste.

Here is one example of such waste...

When I lived in New York, my Jewish neighbor and his synagogue arranged for the Town of Bedford to purchase nine school buses. As far as I knew, one never buys equipment for the sub-contractor. So I voted against it, and was called a child-hater.

The referendum passed. Two of those buses were for door-to-door bus service for his two daughters and son. When the eldest daughter turned 15-years-old, she became pregnant. On her 16th birthday, she dropped-out. When her breasts did not produce milk for her baby, she handed the baby-formula-bill to the taxpayer.

Here is another...

When I worked in a supermarket, I watched the Orthodox Jews clean-out the Food Stamp system, and laugh in my face about it. Their families consisted of 40-year-old pregnant women with their 18-year-old pregnant daughters. None of their breasts produced milk for their babies. The taxpayer provided each baby with $1,000/year for the exclusive purpose of making such purchase.

And another...

As you already know, Sadaam Hussein was an American Jew who played a game of divide-and-conquer with Iraq and its oil reserves. After he was captured, the Prime Minister of Israel visited President George Bush. The request was to maintain high gas prices and find a new technique of routing the monies into Israeli socialism.

So my proposal is this...

Throw the Jews out. We cannot afford them.

For the past few weeks I have not had much work from any of my employers. This is because Congress wants me to resolve its deficit-deadline for them. On television, I observed one member decree he was going to "cut-up the credit cards". He was referring to the fact that he recognized that I must be relying on this resource instead of submitting to him.

This is not an L&G issue because I can handle it myself.

I will resolve the problem, but I have a few conditions:

1. President Barack Obama's alma maters of Columbia University and Harvard Law must surrender their Ivy League status. As I have stated many times on this website, when I attended my graduation ceremony, we were told by the school's president, provost and every dean that the reputation of the institution goes with us.

2. All 435 members of the House of Representatives, as well as all 100 Senators, must make formal appearances in diapers thereby acknowledging the fact that they consider me to be their babysitter. Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi must make the first appearance. The above-mentioned whose name I never acquired, must make the second.

3. The Town of Coventry, Connecticut must issue a formal statement to my attorney that the property known as 891 South Street is titled in my name.

I will demand compliance Tuesday afternoon as I begin resolution. In the interim, if they meet the following, I will not proceed.

The 435 Representatives of the House, as well as 100 Senators, must recover stolen and embezzled taxpayer monies. The debt is 14 trillion. So...

$14,000,000,000,000 /(435 + 100) = $26,000,000,000 each

$26,000,000,000 / 46 hours = $565,000,000 / hour

Today I sold my $25 United States Treasure Series EE Bond. It was five-years-old and worth $29.20.

As you know, as the deficit ceiling and deadline are approaching next week, the Federal Government is expected to default on many accounts. Before I sold this, I asked the banker if this will be one of them. She said she did not know. This reaffirmed my suspicions. Because if such a non-payout is not possible, the bureaucracy would have assigned the banks to assure its customers that there are no worries.

As Wall Street continues looking for the one-of-one, I would like to cover a few other issues.

On August 12, 1974, we brought home my cat for the veterinarian's office; Meetzy. I went to bed that night resolving never to forget this date.

One of his funniest moments involved his nuggets. These were kept in a large rectangular dish in the kitchen. One day, just to be nice, I centered these for him. A few days later, I was emerging from the bedroom area of the house to find him sitting in the living room, facing such hallway, and awaiting me. He started yelling. Then he realized he had my attention. He turned around and watched me carefully as he began walking toward the kitchen. He needed to ascertain that I understood he was leading and I was following. This was a new experience for him and therefore, in such process, he walked a peculiar shaped arc.

When he felt assured that I understood, he took the lead in front of my feet and showed me the disgrace. His nuggets were not centered properly in the dish. I obeyed.

On another subject...

In college, my first Professor was Kay Capo. I know she has been curious about something all of this time. I am now ready to explain as I finally figured-it-out.

The class I took with her was a three credit core curriculum class. We studied all subjects. Many other schools would break this down into four subjects. For this college, it was all-in-one. This was combined with a Wednesday night, two hour lecture between 4 and 6 pm by an expert of the field at issue that week.

During my first few months, I did not have a car. I relied on my mother. On these lecture nights, she joined us as she always arrived a few minutes before the end of the session. Prof. Capo always met her back there and they had a friendly exchange. My mother enjoyed returning to college for a few minutes.

Eventually, my mother purchased from a co-worker an $1,800 Subaru. So I drove myself. One day, the car needed a routine servicing. It was so routine I do not remember what it was. We had a feeling the service station would have to keep it overnight.

I arrived at the station. They confirmed our suspicions. I took a bus to the campus. I telephoned my mother and explained. She said she would pick-me-up.

I sat in the front row for the evening lecture because I did not know that I was going to do the following near its end.

Around 5:50 I panicked.

I do not know if this was my mother's exact arrival time, or a few minutes before or after. Prof. Capo would know the answer to that. I do finally understand that I must have known, without the information going through the language centers of my brain, that my mother was not there.

If my panic occurred a few minutes before, I must have known she would take a wrong turn, or I received electromagnetism from her brain.

If my panic occurred at the moment or a few minutes later, I independently knew.

Aside from that issue, I believe that what really set the panic off was that my mother would have to remember that Wednesday nights our meeting place was in the Humanities Building, not outdoors by the street. But that information also did not go through the language centers of my brain.

What I thought through the language centers of my brain was that she only knew of the front entrance to campus. So I could just run down the street and flag her down.

I grabbed my coat, purse and books and zoomed-out. At the exit door, Prof. Capo stopped me. I was loosing precious seconds. I did not know how to say...

I have to run down the street and flag down my mother.

Why?

I do not know.

So with a puzzled and discouraged look on her face, she accepted my attendance slip.

I did not run as far as the campus entrance. I did run past the entrance into the parking lot behind the building.

My mother never asked me why I did this. I never asked her why I waited out in the cold for 20 minutes. I do not know where she was. I do know where she was not going to be. When you live with someone long enough, you know how to perform disaster control without understanding why.

The next day in class, Prof. Capo said I had to catch-a-bus. Still unable to explain, I acknowledged.

She was the bus.

In June, I left the stupid company. Too stupid is too much. (Did you wonder why I stopped complaining?)

Over this past weekend, I was hospitalized. I arrived barely able to walk and talk. I needed round-the-clock steroid injections as well as inhalant solutions from Saturday night until Monday afternoon.

I have no insurance.

I am applying for the hospital's financial aid program. In the past, it has been very generous.

This office needs my last pay-stubs from the stupid company.

I cannot access anyone in payroll.

I cannot access that supervisor.

I cannot access the human resources director.
