On this date of May 05, 2004, I learned on gaspricewatch that the national pump-average is $1.90. I have also observed on another website that the Euro is proportionately rising. Although I never mentioned it before, I have a trump card, and my threshold is $1.90. In 2002, the AFL/CIO of California decided to re-enforce October 1st as National Human Rights Day.
